Kerith Burke ‏@KerithBurke

UConn freshman Courtney Ekmark is out 4-6 weeks with a stress reaction in her right foot.

Don't worry, the Creighton Game preview is still there following today's DoggyDaddy Dailies. Here is an early look. I'll add more links as I find them.

DoggyDaddy's Musing

Yeah, that's about how to describe UConn fans after a loss. Some can see the light at the end of the tunnel and some only see that oncoming train. It will be that way forever. And it just adds to the craziness that is UConn women's basketball fandom. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Today is the start of redemption for the Huskies. With the taste of the tough loss to Stanford still in their mouths, they will play The Creighton Blue Jays of the new BE conference. I read somewhere that a fan noticed the easy going attitude in the pregame warm-up of the players. Maybe too loose and too confident. Well, no more Ms. Nice Guy, that I can tell you. I'd wager the Blue Jays will feel like this coming into tomorrow's game.

So without further ado

Ladies and Gents, DD looks at the news........

    1. I agree. He's a terrific coach and have been tough on UConn in several of their games. The AAC is not that terrible this year....I hope.
