UConn 2018 recruit, 6'5" center Charli Collier is coming to Storrs!!!!!!

She had narrowed her choices to UConn, Texas, Baylor, Houston, South Carolina, Tennessee, Notre Dame, Duke, UCLA, Louisville, Ohio State and Southern Cal.

On December 7th, UConn goes on the road to play undefeated, #1 Notre Dame. Everyone expects the Irish to win because N.D. Is so good and UConn is so young, right? Not so quick. Yes, the Irish are good and undefeated (5-0). But, so are the Huskies..!!

Let's compare stats.
1. Notre Dame is scoring 81.4 pts per game, UConn is too, at 81.0 per game.
2. The Irish have made 155 field goals on 47.9% shooting. UConn has 115 baskets on 48.3% accuracy.
3. N.D. has made 27-70 three point shots or 38.6%. The Huskies are better at 34-76 or 44.7%.
4. Notre Dame makes 66.7% of their free throws (70-105). UConn makes 79% of theirs, (60-76).

The Huskies have 3 games before heading to South Bend, so it is too early to think to long about the Irish. But the stats so far show N.D. is good, but not great. And, UConn is good and getting better by the day.
