So, after months of interviewing schools, the Big 12 decided NOT to expand.
What a bunch of idiots!!! You put some really excellent institutions through the wringer and then at the end of it, you do NOTHING!
Screw you. I hope your conference falls apart.
And if you change your mind, I hope you pick UConn.

What a tough and physical game between Minnesota and LA on Sunday night. The Lynx were the last team standing and the toughest of them all was Maya Moore.
In and All-world performance, Moore scored 31 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, handed out 5 assists and pilfered 3 steals. She even added 2 blocks. But more than that, she made big shot after big shot and was the true emotional leader for this team.
Game 5 to decided the championship will be Thursday night in Minnesota at 8:00.

UConn enters the 2016-17 season with a 75 game winning streak. That will certainly be tested early and often, before the AAC conference schedule kicks in. But, the Huskies also own several other very nice winning streaks, including the mother of all consecutive wins at 90. That was set from November 2008 until December 2010. Here are the top seven streaks for UConn:
1. 90 games Nov. 2008 - December 2010
2. 75 games Nov. 2014 - Present
3. 70 games Nov. 2001 - March 2003
4. 47 games March 2013 - Nov. 2014
5. 35 games Nov. 1994 - April 1995
6. 33 games Nov. 1996 - March 1997
7. 30 games Feb. 2000 - January 2001
The current streak (75 games) started when the 4th longest streak (47) ended with the Stanford loss. That means in their last 123 games, UConn is 122-1 with 3 National Championships. Wow..!!
