Doggydaddy's Den: DoggyDaddy's Dailies 6/8/16

One of my favorite Huskies (I say that a lot. Maybe they are all my favorite..lol) Swin Cash announced her retirement at the end of the WNBA season at the age of 36. She was an All-American at UConn and helped UConn win two national championships. Her WNBA career was stellar as well. She helped lead Detroit to a championship in her second season in the league. She won TWO WNBA all-star game MVP. A star among the stars.

I'm sure she will slide right into her broadcasting career. She is both beautiful and articulate.

One of my favorite plays of all time is her jumper in the wrong basket.

The look on Geno's face is a classic. And she had this to day about that!

But that is only a blip on her terrific career. I will miss her grace and class on the court. Thankfully, we will continue to see it off the court. And I'm now pulling for New York to win the championship this season. She deserves to go out as a champion.
