By David in Naples
1. Points - Her 472 would have been 2nd on UConn, behind Stewie.
2. Minutes - 781 would be 6th, ahead of Gabby at 708.
3. Shots - 353 would fall 2nd, with Morgan third at 349.
4. Baskets - 189 made shots is 2nd, just ahead of MoJeff at 185.
5. Rebounds - 241 would place 2nd, ahead of Gabby at 213.
6. Made 3 pt shots - Her 19 made threes would have been 6th.
7. Assists - 41 would only be 7th at UConn.
8. Shooting % - Azura shot 53.5% overall, good enough for 5th.
Azura has a whole year to learn the UConn system. Production overall may fall as shots, rebounds, etc.. are spread around many more talented players. But, she will excel and be near the top of many stats for the 2017-18 season.
Go Huskies..!!
