In keeping with the Throwback Thursday theme on social media, Fun w/ Numbers brings you a flashback to Maya Moore. All UConn fans know and love Maya, but just how good was she? Consider:

1. Points - Maya is the all time leading scorer for the Huskies, by a lot. Her 3,036 points are 360 more than 2nd place Stewie. That difference equals 180 baskets, which is how many Gabby has this season.
2. Rebounds - Despite her size at 6 ', Maya is the 2nd leading rebounder at UConn, behind Tina Charles. Her 1,276 boards are ahead of Rebecca Lobo and Stewie, both of whom were a bit taller. 8-)

3. Steals - Maya is 4th all time in steals with 310. That is only 43 less than Moriah Jefferson..! Behind Moore are Svetlana, Kelly Faris and Renee Montgomery. Talk about versatile..!
4. Assists - Certainly Maya can't be in the top 10 in assists too? Yes, she is, at #8 with 544. Notables ahead of her include MoJeff (659), D.T. (648) and Sue Bird (585).
5. Blocked shots - Nobody could possibly place in all five of the most important statistical categories, right? Wrong. Maya is 7th all time in blocked shots for the Huskies with 204. She is the shortest player in the top 10.

No other Husky is in the top 10 in all these statistical categories. Stewie, for example, is not in the top 10 for assists or steals. Moriah is the all time assist leader, but didn't get many blocked shots. Tina Charles was 1st in rebounding and 3rd in points, but is not in the top 10 in all five stats. Maya certainly got the most out of her size, speed and abilities. She is the all time impact player for the Huskies..!!
