So, it took us three days to drive down to Florida in January. We decided to push it a little bit. Well, I'm so friggin' tired!!
We left my son's house in Boynton Beach at 7:00 AM and set our target as Emporia Virginia. That would put us in range of making this trip in two days!
I have to say, it was not as bad as I thought, but right now I'm beat. We drove for a total of 12 hours and over 700 miles and made it to Emporia at 9:00. My wife even shared the driving!!
So, clearly I didn't watch the game. And I'm too tired to write anything else.
Hopefully I'll have more for you all Tuesday night. However, we are driving the rest of the way Tuesday so don't count on it!!!

Just looking at the box score, it appears that UConn is still on a roll, although they did have a quiet second half offensively.
I'm just so pleased with how the defense has been playing for the last several games. This could bode well for the NCAA tournament. It appears at this time they will be traveling for the tourney and heading out to the Portland region. That would mean an Elite Eight game against Oregon. A real tough task to get back into the final four.
So, pray for either Louisville and/or Maryland to lose in their respective conference tournaments. It doesn't guarantee that UConn will end up in the Fr. Wayne region. But it's their only shot.
I just have a feeling that the NCAA wants a UConn/Oregon game.

I know there is a game tonight, but today’s Stats are about Crystal. Her 7 assists during the Houston game gave her 588 for her UConn career. That moved her past Sue Bird and into 5th place all-time. Wow..! A great career for a special player.... and she ain’t done..!
Dangerfield also moved up the career scoring list. Her 10 points vaulted her over Peggy Walsh into 29th place all-time with 1,421 points. Next up Kalyan’s Greene at 1,444 points. Moriah Jefferson is sitting at 1,532 points, only 111 pts away. That will be hard, but Crystal is up for the challenge..!
