And another top 25 upset with No. 21 Oklahoma State getting beaten by West Virginia. Oklahoma State is now 12-4 and 2-3 in the conference and soon to be out of the top 25. Here is another so-called power conference that is not very impressive.
 
Baylor and Texas appear to be the picks of the litter, but other than them, the other teams are just ok. 
 
In fact, I'd put South Florida and Tulane with any of the teams other than the top two.

Big game coming up Monday night and I can't wait to watch. The resurgent Tennessee Lady Vols march into South Bend to take on the Irish of Notre Dame.
 
Tennessee has been relying on defense this year. Their offense is worse in just about every category compared to last season, so it's a good thing for them that their defense has been solid. Notre Dame was upset the other night by Miami, but bounced back with a win against top ten team UNC. Turner was a monster in that game and it will be interesting to see how the freshman does against the senior Harrison. The difference maker to me is the home court advantage and the superior guard by for ND.

Ugly Game Of The Day
 
Tough call tonight. There were several teams that were just UGLY tonight. So who should I pick? Tonight it's a Power 5 team. Texas Tech played against No. 4 Texas and it was close for much of the game. But it's hard to win a game, even against a team that played as poorly as Texas did in this game when you shoot like this........
 
12-44 (27%) from the field
5-19 (26%) beyond the arc
 
Along with 17 TO's and 19 PF's it was team worthy of the UGOTD award.
