The junior forward also made the Wooden Award late season top-20 watch list and was named a top-10 candidate for the Katrina McLean Award last week.
The UConn-South Carolina women's basketball game nearly matched the Tottenham-Manchester City game's TV audience: 1.087 million v 1.109 million.

South Carolina vs. UConn was the most-watched women's CBB game EVER on FOX and the most-watched regular season game on any network since 2017. pic.twitter.com/5uzNOpHlaT
Among a lot of takeaways here, UConn being the only top-30 without a single Quad 4 game is wild.

The days of the AAC are long gone https://t.co/e9tsDcZofx
"We're called something other than players that are locked in. They play the right way and approach it the right way whether they win or lose. We don't denounce anybody's play. They are always uplifting the game of women's basketball, and when we were getting our heads beat in by UConn for all those years, I said nothing. We've been called so many things and I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it because I coach some of the best human beings the game has ever had."
OK, Dawn, Geno never called out your team. He is talking about the contual physical play that Lou Lopez Senechal has been going through all season long and more as the season goes on. He didn't call South Carolina out for that. Geno didn't denounce your play. Geno is always uplifting the game of women's basketball and for longer you have been involved in the game. Your insinuation is distasteful. And he didn't call you anything. Don't imply Geno did.
UConn beat your heads in with skill. How could you say anything about it?
I can't wait until your entire starting lineup and a valuable bench player graduate, especially Boston. Let's see how good a coach Staley is then.
The wolves are out for Tennessee coach Kellie Harper after the double overtime loss to Mississippi. For some reason, SECCreme still has them at a Seven Seed, but the natives are restless in Knowville. Too many to list them all but here are a few examples from the Tennessee message board Volnation.com.
Look at the bright side everyone, Kellie has desensitized us this year, to be able to handle next year. It’s going to be a blood bath if she’s still coaching here!
Can we be honest? KH is a good story being a former player…but has she shown anything justifying herself as a competent coach? Obviously cannot motivate or x & o anything better than a high school JV coach.
Nah, I want ol’ girl outta there. Kellie just squats the whole game staring into abyss wondering if she left the stove on. Give me a real coach!!!!!!
Never thought I'd see worse than Holly ball, but that's what we have. Time to Upgrade.
The coach doesn’t hold the team accountable, and we don’t have a player that holds their team accountable when making stupid mistakes.
I don't buy into that "injury" excuse. Nobody has had more injuries to key plyers than UCONN. They continue to win and win convincingly. A good Coach prepares the players he/she has and moves forward. Note that I said, "good" Coaches. I do NOT include KH in that category. She is Holly, v2.0.
Take a look a Harper. It is showing on her face and her body language she knows the swan son has begun. In over her head.
Sorry. The hammer has been dropped. Expectations aside, the program is far from being one that will bring the talent into the fold.
All in all too many pathetic performances this year....all on the coach, cause she can't. Time for a new direction and I think our AD will do what he needs to do. Right now they are destroying the brand.
The scariest part about all of this? We haven’t played South Carolina yet
As rough as this year is, I don't want to picture what next years squad looks like if Horston and Rickea head to the WNBA and with 0 incoming recruits
We deserved to lose that game.
I think Kellie is done here now. Barring some miracle run in the tournament, there is just nothing she can point to that would justify her being allowed to stay.
We were as good—if not better, the first 3 quarters against Ohio St. in November than we are now. No detectable progress has been made.
I’ve finally come around, she has to go now. We need a coach that can get top recruits and more athletic players.
Unreal loss...I seen so many crazy line ups tonight...Sadly [jmo] the coaching staff does have a clue...We do not look like a threat at all...Too many losses this year and no recruits coming in...something is not right here and something needs to change for next season...
The Lady Vols need to finally go outside of the Tennessee family and hire a big name WBB coach

It sucks but I don’t see Kelly Harper ever getting them where they need to be

Kelly Harper Post Game Interview
It just seems like it's coming to a head. But she has a contract extension through the 2026-27 so will the invoke a buyout? Doubtful. Tennessee women's basketball is not important enough to the University of Tennessee, period. It's SEC football.
I'll be happy to have her stay as long as she wants.
