In case you missed it here is my UConn/South Carolina Post Game Report.
And fresh off the presses, my UConn/Tulane Pre Game Report.
So, which is it? There are articles on UConn moving all sports except Hockey and Football to the Big East. Interesting prospects for both the men and women's basketball teams. Great move for the men to renew the GTown and Villanova rivalries.
Then there were the many denials from UConn , the AAC and the Big East.
Wait a day and there will be more rumors.

Thanks to my friend Cat for sharing this info from Carl Adamec - UConn's OOC schedule so far next season.
Home - Cal, Notre Dame, Louisville, Maryland and Oklahoma
Away - DePaul, Ohio State, South Carolina, Texas and UCLA
Neutral Site - Duquesne in Toronto (Nurse homecoming) and Michigan State in Oregon tournament
One opening remains and Carl says they are trying to schedule a homecoming game for Gabby.
Some great games again. That Texas game on the road is going to be a tough one. The Longhorn only loses one player next season, starting guard Brianna Taylor, but everyone else is back including Joyner Holmes, who I think is the best freshman in the country.

Fun with Numbers would like to remind everyone that Saniya Chong has 93 assists and only 19 turnovers. That is an insane 4.89 assist to turnover ratio. Of course that ranks #1 in the country. Gabby, who leads the team in assists with 133, has a ratio of 2.11 and Kia is at 2.6 assists to turnovers.
Saniya's amazing performance has not been against weak teams. UConn has played Notre Dame, Texas, FSU, Maryland, Baylor and South Carolina, not to mention DePaul, Ohio State and K-State. In addition to her assists, Chong has contributed 180 points, 58 rebounds, 31 steals and 48.4% shooting from the field. Most importantly, Saniya has emerged as Geno's veteran guard, playing late into games to run the offense with the rookies. Quite the Senior year..!!
Go Huskies..!!
