It's PARTY TIME!!!!! With this entry I have blogged for 91 consecutive days, rivaling the winning streak of the vaunted UConn women's basketball team.
I'd like to thank all the little people. I'd like to but I just can't.
I would like to thank my friends Bill, Cori, JD, Jane (my editor), Pap, RV, JohnnyC, DannyK, DavidK, Rocky and all the great UConn fans and fans of WCBB in general that have supported and inspired me to continue to write about the team we all love.
Here is a link to the UConn/Tulane post game report in case you missed it.

Big loss for South Florida Sunday. They were down big to East Carolina early before rallying from a 15 point deficit with around 8 minutes left to have a shot to tie it with 19 seconds left. Courtney Williams, who had a game high 34 points, made a layup and was fouled to bring them to within one. But Williams missed the foul shot and USF just couldn't come all the way back. But it was a great win for East Carolina, who is working hard to win 20 games this year.
Big win for Tennessee today against Kentucky. In a very physical SEC game, The Lady Vols were able to, in Kentucky coach Mitchell's word "out tough" them. I watched a lot of this game and I thought the refs were just awful in what they let go. If the refs aren't going to call it, the two teams were going to smack each other around. As physical as it was it was hard to believe Tennessee only got called for 10 fouls the entire game. Personally I think this doesn't do anything positive for WCBB. We need to see more skill not less.
The sad news for Tennessee is the injury to Isabell Harrison. She was injured in the second half fighting for a rebound. It was her bad knee and it looked like it bent in the wrong direction as she let out a scream. I hate to see this. If she is out for an extended time, Tennessee's post season dreams will have taken a big blow.
LATE NEWS - HARRISON OUT FOR THE SEASON. ACL TEAR.
On top of that, one of their starting guards, Jordan Reynolds, was done for the day after 2 minutes. She was hit in the nose in her previous game and was too dizzy in this game to continue. Tennessee sure seemed to be bitten by the injury bug.

Ugly Game Of The Day
Two great candidates this Sunday.
Auburn - 36 points, 24% FG, 5% (1-20) on 3's, 12 turnovers and only 5 assists.
Manhattan - 40 points, 29% FG and 23 turnovers
I'm going to go with the Tigers. That 1-20 on three's just jumps out at me. So congrats to that superior SEC team on winnings Sunday's most excellent UGGY award.
