Ugly Game Of The Day

As bad as UConn's offense was in the first half against Memphis, their defense pushed Memphis into the worst offensive performance of the day. Against what was basically UConn without their best frontcourt players, Memphis found no way to take advantage of this. Their coach as half time seemed exasperated with their inability to get the ball inside.

Memphis scored only 34 points, shot 21.3% from the field, 16.7% (4-24) on three point shots and had 16 turnovers. Truly an ugly effort deserving of the Uggy for Saturday!!!

Honorable Mention

Stetson - 39 points, 27% from the field, 12% (3-26) on threes, 18 turnovers

Colgate - 46 points, 22% from the field, 17% (4-23) on threes

UNLV - 43 points, 25% from the field, 5% (1-19) on threes, 19 turnovers
