If you missed my UConn South Florida Post Game Report, here is the link .
********************************************************************* Looks like Kentucky lost again tonight. I think they are one of the least impressive top 25 teams I've seen this year. LSU, who improved a lot with the return of Ballard, beat the Wildcats by an 84-79 score.
Losing by allowing 84 points is just terrible for a top 25 team. You just can't do that and expect to win. Kentucky is a terrible shooting team that just has no clue on offense. If it wasn't for the individual performance of Jennifer O'Neal, it would have been a blowout for LSU.
They play five ranked teams in their next seven games including 2 games against Tennessee. They will need to play a lot better or their seeding will take a tumble.

Duke had a big win Sunday against Miami. They were led by the much maligned Elizabeht Williams 24 points and 11 rebounds. I've said in the past she gets too much grief from basketball fans.
Duke needed this win to keep them on track for a higher seed in the NCAAs.

Ugly Game Of The Day
There were a lot of choices tonight. Several low scoring game with low shooting percentages and high turnovers. But the winner of the UGOTD award it......drum roll..........
Illinois State of the Missouri Valley Conference a TWO TIME WINNER!!!! The 0-16 redbirds scored only 36 points. They shot a horrible 9-52 from the field 17% and 2-10 on threes. They added in 20 Turnovers. Congrats to Illinois State for winning the UGOTD award for the second time.
Honorable Mention
Xavier 34 points, 25% FG, 0-8 on three's.
Memphis 39 points, 28% FG, 15% 3pt, 21 TO's.
Northeastern 38 points, 22% FG, 8% 3pt, 17 TO's.
