UConn South Florida Post Game report will be out Tuesday.
And let me remind you all of my prediction for this game.
I'm not sure that South Florida will keep it very close, but I can't see them losing as badly as they did in Storrs.
UConn by 25+
Not too bad....eh???

I thought it was pretty funny to hear the announcing team pick Loyd for POY. And Lobo. And Lawson.
Then Stewart goes out and has her best game of the season, 29 points, 11 rebounds, 7 blocks.
Take that ESPN!

In watching the UConn game Monday night, I came away with the same impression I had in the first UConn/South Florida game. Courtney Williams is as good a shooting guard as anyone in the country. And that includes the ESPN proclaimed POY Jewel Loyd. Let's compare their stats.
Loyd - 31 mpg, 46.7%, 33% 3pt, 83.6% FT, 5.1 rpg, 3.2 apg, 45 stls 15 blks 20.7 ppg
Williams - 32.6 mpg, 42.7%, 37.2% 3pt, 77.8% FT, 7.8 rpg, 3.2 apg, 54 stls 28 blks 20.8 ppg
Just watch Williams a few times and you will agree that she is right there with Loyd in talent and ability. And my feelings are if you switched the players, their respective teams records wouldn't be any different.

Ugly Game Of The Day
Looks like Alabama A&M is the lucky winner of the UGGY for Monday. The 6-21 Lady Bulldogs were hammered by Texas Southern 83-46.
In scoring their 46 points, Alabama A&M shot 25% from the field, 15% (2-13) from beyond the arc and turned the ball over 17 times.
The regular season is winding down and the teams are scrambling to win this prestigious trophy. Congrats to the Lady Bulldogs for grabbing the brass ring!!
